T.A. Hutchinson Feed Store 
Nashville, Arkansas

Tom Hutchinson was a merchant and manager of a feed and grocery store from at least 1907 until the 1940's.  He was the son of Augustus & Ozella Hankins Hutchinson, and he married Sallie Hughes on June 19, 1900 in Nashville. 

They had one child, who was deceased by the time the 1910 census was taken. 

Thomas Augustus Hutchinson & wife are buried in Nashville Cemetery, as are his parents. 



John C. Brinkley

 


Private John C. Brinkley, aged 22, son of Mrs. Bettie Brinkley, Cerro Gordo, Arkansas, was born in Bingen, Howard County, Arkansas. 
On August 6th, 1918 he was inducted into the service at Cerro Gordo, Arkansas, and set to Camp Shelby, where he was placed with 137 F.A. Btry, B, American A.E. F. and later sent to France. 
Prior to entering army he farmed his mother's land near Cerro Gordo, Arkansas.
